When you purchase a Learn Online presentation, an account will be created for you automatically. You will receive an email titled Your Feng Shui Wisdom account has been created! Within that email, click on Set your new password. If you do not receive this email, check your junk/spam folder.
After your password is set up, you will be able to view the presentation straight away.
To continue accessing all presentations, both paid and free content, you will need to complete two-factor authentication. There is a two-day grace period.
PLEASE NOTE: If you are unable to view the videos on your mobile device, the issue will be due to your phone’s security settings, such as an active VPN, iCloud Private Relay, Privacy-forced browsers, or other security apps. This is outside Feng Shui Wisdom’s control, and Feng Shui Wisdom will not be held responsible.
For the most secure and reliable viewing experience, it is recommended to watch the videos on a desktop or laptop connected to a secure home internet service provider.

Regarding products sold on this site: they should not be placed in bathroom, toilet and laundry rooms, regardless of compass location advice given on this website.
Dragons should not be placed in bedrooms as the energy is said to be too strong, regardless of compass location advice given on this website.
Any product referenced as a Buddha/God/Lord/Diety should not be placed directly on the floor.
Please note that some products may slightly differ in colour as shown in the picture. However, if, for example, the colour says green, the item is still a green colour.
