Delivery
Feng Shui Wisdom services Feng Shui Australia with products delivery. Delivery is to Australia only. All prices stated are in Australian dollars.
Goods are dispatched generally within 48 hours after receipt of your payment from PayPal. If there is an issue with dispatch, I will contact you.
Goods dispatched are done so via Australia Post with Tracking ID, and a signature is required on delivery. Please note that your order will not be left at your door if no one is home, regardless of a note placed on your order – a signature is required.
Standard delivery to Perth, WA, is approx 1-3 business working days, rural WA and elsewhere in Australia may take approx 5-7 business working days. Please note: these delivery times are standard and any delays experienced are due to Australia Post which is out of my control.
There is a flat rate delivery fee of $10 per order. This will be automatically calculated when you check-out.
Should your order total more than $150, delivery is free! This will be automatically calculated when you check-out.
Should goods not be in stock, I will contact you as immediately as possible.
These delivery terms are offered in good faith. It is outside the controls of Feng Shui Wisdom should there be a delay with PayPal and or Australia Post.
Returns and Refunds
All products are checked for quality prior to dispatch. If, when you receive your order, a product(s) is broken, please email me. I will require a photograph of the broken product(s) and will then re-ship it to you if it is in stock.
For postal orders, if the product is not what you expected and would like a refund, providing it has not been used and it is in its original packaging, you may return it within 7 days.
The cost of return postal charges is at your own expense. Please contact me and I will advise of delivery address and organise a refund once item(s) have been received via return to me.
For consultations, birth chart readings, workshops, and any other services other than products purchased, once you have received your service, there is no refund as you have received the intellectual property information.
