Delivery
Feng Shui Wisdom services Feng Shui Australia with product delivery. Delivery is to Australia only. All prices stated are in Australian dollars.
Goods are dispatched generally within 48 hours after receipt of your payment from PayPal. If there is an issue with dispatch, you will be contacted.
Goods dispatched are done so via Australia Post with Tracking ID, and a signature is required on delivery.
You will be emailed with your tracking number once goods have been dispatched.
PLEASE NOTE: If you would like your parcel delivered without a signature required, please write a note when placing your order that says ‘authority to leave unattended’. By doing so, the onus of receiving the parcel rests on you. Feng Shui Wisdom will not be held liable for unaccounted deliveries – undelivered, stolen, missing or otherwise.
Standard delivery to Perth, WA, is approx 1-3 business working days. Rural WA and elsewhere in Australia may take approx 5-7 business working days.
PLEASE NOTE: These delivery terms are offered in good faith. It is outside the controls of Feng Shui Wisdom should there be a delay with PayPal and or Australia Post.
There is a flat rate delivery fee of $10 per order. This will be automatically calculated when you check-out.
Should your order total more than $150, delivery is free. This will be automatically calculated when you check-out.
Should there be an error with stocktake and goods are not in stock, you will be contacted as immediately as possible.
Should you be purchasing the Zodiacs Forecast and/or any Learn Online presentation without products, no delivery fee will be calculated at checkout.
Returns and Refunds
All products are checked for quality prior to dispatch. If, when you receive your order, a product(s) is broken, please email Feng Shui Wisdom. A photograph of the broken product(s) will be required, and Feng Shui Wisdom will re-ship it to you if it is in stock.
If the product is not what you expected and you would like a refund, provided it has not been used and it is in its original packaging, you may return it within 7 days.
The cost of return postal charges is at your own expense. Please contact Feng Shui Wisdom, and you will be advised of the delivery address, and a refund will be processed once the item(s) have been received by Feng Shui Wisdom.
For learning presentations, Zodiacs forecast, birth chart readings, workshops, seminars, consultations, and any other services other than products purchased, once you have received the service, there is no refund.
